Steering Stem Sleeve Cap: BSA M20 & Similar Models, No Damper

This is fitted at the top, middle of the Steering Column, on M20 and other models of that period. This type has no a central hole, as it is for those models without a steering damper.  The thread is 1-1/8″ diameter, and the outside is 1-3/8″ dia.
