These are similar to the Triumph type adjusters, and are used on all C15, B25 and B40 models during the 1950's, 60s and early 70's. Sold as a complete set (2-off) and comprise the adjusters (40-6040), end plates (40-6033) and nyloc nuts.

Shouldered outer gearbox cover sleeve nut. Located in the gearbox outer cover to secure the return spring anchor screw. Suitable for A7 and A10 plunger and swinging arm models, B31, B33 swinging arm models + 4 speed C10, C11 and C11G models.
Suitable for BSA 500cc and 650cc twin cylinder models, from early to late 1940’s, including the final Super Rockets and Rocket Gold Stars.
