Triumph Pre-Unit Gearbox Adjuster Set
Triumph pre-unit construction single sided plain adjuster set, this is a common adjuster set, however please select the type required should you need longer stud needed for alloy (thicker) plates.
Set comprises:
- Stud (item 19)
- Long stud nut (22) - Note: shown short in diagram.
- Short stud nut (20) LHS
- Serrated washer (21) - Note: Serrations face engine plate outer surface.
- Plain adjuster (23) - 5" long
- 2-off reduced hex nuts (25)
- Abutment pin (26, 27, 28) - small type or large as chosen.
Triumph Push Rod Tube 1956-65
Pair (2-off) of fully stainless push rod tubes made to exacting measurements and suitable for Triumph 650, T110, TR6, T120’s, 1956-65.
Will fit both the pre-unit (1956-62) motorcycles and unit construction (1963-65), some bikes in 65 still used them very early on. First used with the alloy heads. Note, this will not fit duplex models which have an oil-way boss.
Triumph QD Rear Chain Adjuster Set 7/8″ Bore
Suitable for many Triumph QD type swingarm models 1954 onwards.
Sold as a complete set (2-off) and comprise the adjusters (W1135), end plates (W1015) and 5/16" nyloc nuts (W1058).
End plates are cast and polished stainless to match the adjuster, these are a better quality than pressed steel types which do not follow the original pattern.

Pre unit swinging arm spindle set suitable for:
- Pre-unit swinging arm frame 1953-1962 500 & 650cc, and duplex frame 650cc
- 3TA & 5TA and unit construction up to 1967
